“Save your mind at all costs.”  – Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Your mind is made of Light.  The purpose of your mind is to shine light, to direct your attention to light, attune to the One Infinite Mind of Pure Good, the Spirit back of all things.  The purpose of your mind is to generate the most light-filled creations through your thought. Your mind is holy.

Save your mind at all costs.  Do not let the broken thoughts, toxic energy of the human sense of separation invade the holy temple of your mind. Guard the sanctity of your mind.  Nurture your mind. Nourish your mind with thoughts of Divine Love and Beauty.  Actively, attune to the Good that is ever available to you, if only in your mind—in a memory, imagination, dreams, art.

Keep open the natural flow of spirit between your heart and your mind.  A jewel of great beauty is to be found in your heart. Even if the light has been obscured, denied, it is still there.  Calm  your mind, open your mind, to look more deeply into your heart.

Save your mind at all costs.  It is a gift from God. It is an instrument through which you serve Love.  Through your mind’s capacity to consciously choose what you will give your attention to, what you will create, what you will perpetuate or transmute, you serve humanity and the planet.

During this time when the mind is under assault from forces intent on weakening your spirit, guard your precious mind. Remember there is only One Power and its nature is Love, only one Life and its nature is Oneness, only one Mind—the Mind of God; and the Mind of God is Good.

Affirmation:  I save my mind at all costs so that I can reveal heaven on earth, in me and wherever I am.
